Natural Storytelling with Gentle Guidance

I photograph your wedding from the beginning of the day until the final celebrations. My documentary approach allows me to remain discreet and capture genuine moments as they naturally unfold. When needed, I will gently guide you so that you feel relaxed, confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

I will always ask about the people who are especially important to you: your closest family members, the little guests and those who may have travelled across the world to celebrate with you. I also capture the atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and carefully chosen details that make your wedding completely personal. Nothing meaningful will be overlooked.

Every wedding is wonderfully unique, with its own atmosphere, emotions and special charm. The key to enjoying your day is a relaxed timeline with enough space to experience every moment without feeling rushed. I usually arrive two or three hours before you leave for the ceremony, allowing plenty of time to capture the story of your wedding morning.

Your Wedding Morning

The wedding morning is incredibly special. It is often the only quiet part of the day when we can create elegant bridal portraits, beautiful boudoir photographs if you wish, and heartfelt images with your bridesmaids and your mum.

I will photograph all the details you have so carefully chosen: your dress, suit, shoes, jewellery, bouquet, rings and invitations. I will also capture the intimate moments of getting ready, from the final touches and emotional embraces to the groom sharing laughter and anticipation with his best man.

The Ceremony and Portraits

After your emotional ceremony, we will gather your loved ones for group photographs wherever possible. We will then take a little time for a private photoshoot, just for the two of you.

I will guide you towards the most beautiful light and offer gentle direction, helping you move naturally without feeling stiff or overly posed. This quiet time together gives you a chance to pause, breathe and enjoy being newly married. These romantic portraits often become the photographs my couples choose to print, frame and treasure forever.

The Reception and Celebration

You will then rejoin your guests for the drinks reception while I photograph your beautifully decorated venue. Your flowers, table styling and thoughtful details are an important part of your celebration and deserve to be preserved with care.

The arrival of your guests, their conversations, laughter and interactions will be photographed naturally in my personal documentary style. I will quietly capture the emotion of the speeches, eyes filled with happy tears, your beautiful first dance and the joyful fun of cutting the cake.

If the weather and timing allow, we can slip away for a few peaceful minutes during golden hour or sunset. In this soft, romantic light, we can create some of your most beautiful portraits as a newly married couple.
